We take the upmost care to ensure your blinds are manufactured to the best possible standards; our key aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are manufactured to exacting standards and our guarantee is that should there be any defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part without charge, providing the product has not been subject to misuse or negligence. This is our guarantee.
We provide a 3 year guarantee consisting of a standard 1 year manufacturers warranty and our Direct Order Blinds 2 year extended guarantee. This means that if any of the components fail within the 3 years from the order date, we will replace these free of charge.
Please note, our extended 2 year guarantee is only available to residential customers

Our guarantee is simple and straightforward with just a few obvious conditions and obvious exclusions to the 3 year guarantee. These are as follows:

- Alteration
- Exposure to Elements
- Misuse
- Failure to follow measurement & installation or cleaning instructions
- Blinds fitted in non-domestic environments
- Normal fading of fabrics & dyes
- Normal wear and tear
