Direct Order Blinds Guarantee

We take the utmost care to ensure your blinds are manufactured to the best possible standards; our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are manufactured to exacting standards, and our guarantee is that should there be any defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part without charge, providing the product has not been subject to misuse or negligence. This is our manufacturing guarantee.

Manufacturing Guarantee

A standard 1-year manufacturing guarantee applies to all blind, shutter, and curtain products, from the date of delivery. As part of our limited guarantee, a further 2-year cover is provided, totaling 3 years, as follows:

BeSure Promise Manufacturing Guarantee

A standard 2-year manufacturing guarantee applies to all blind, shutter, and curtain orders where the “BeSure Promise” was selected and paid for at the time of order AND no claims have been made. This is applicable from the date of delivery. As part of our limited guarantee, a further 2-year cover is provided, totaling 4 years, as follows:

Trade account orders are excluded from the additional 2-year limited guarantee and/or any BeSure Promise products, including the 2nd year of our manufacturing guarantee.

Exclusions

Our guarantee is simple and straightforward, with just a few obvious exclusions as follows:

  • Accidental Damage
  • Alteration
  • Exposure to Elements
  • Misuse
  • Failure to follow measuring, installation, or cleaning instructions
  • Blinds fitted in non-domestic environments
  • Normal fading of fabrics & dyes
  • Normal wear and tear

Exclusion examples include, but are not limited to the following:

  • The cutting of or damage to cords when unpacking. Our packing labels clearly state that bladed instruments should not be used to open the packaging. Instead, carefully unwrap any cellophane.
  • Any attempt to cut a blind fabric, component, or hardware down.
  • Damage caused by windows being left open and exposure of blind fabric and/or hardware to the elements.

What else do we offer?

As a small business, we can arrange the repair and/or alteration of blinds we have manufactured in our own factories. This includes if you have accidentally damaged a blind or if parts need replacing due to wear and tear. Whilst chargeable, it is often much more economical to repair/replace parts than it is to purchase replacement blinds. This isn’t a service available from many other online blind companies.

Charges are determined on a case-by-case basis but start from £46 for the re-cording of a Perfect Fit blind or cutting down a roller blind. Get in touch if you have any questions about the services we can offer.
